Orvos Group Pty Ltd (ACN 123 522 387) as trustee for Orvos Group Unit Trus and RAO Services Pty Ltd (ACN 123 522 396), which operate the Glen Iris Medical Centre business at 118 High Street, Glen Iris VIC 3146 (Business) are pleased to advise that they have reached agreement to sell the Business to Bupa Health Centres Pty Ltd (ACN 601 714 738) (Bupa Medical), effective 31 August 2026.
Patient health records (other than any records which patients direct Bupa Medical to deal with as outlined below) have been transferred to Bupa Medical, who will maintain and manage those records on an ongoing basis in accordance with accepted medical records management practices.
If we hold health records of yours and you would prefer that we transfer your health information to another health service provider, or to you, please contact us on the contact details provided below as soon as possible.
We are pleased to note that Bupa Medical is committed to continuing our tradition of providing the patients of the Business with convenient, high quality medical services and we expect to manage the transition with no disruption to our patients.
