Dr Ronnie Gerendasi

BSc, MD, FRACGP

Dr Ronnie Gerendasi is a Practice Principal at Glen Iris Medical Centre and has a broad range of general practice experience. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He has worked in General Practice for over 20 years with thoroughness and compassion with considerable experience in paediatrics, adolescent health, women’s health, men’s health, mental health, preventative and proactive health, sports medicine, dermatology, travel medicine, and geriatrics. He is actively involved in aged care and nursing home visits in the community. Ronnie combines his medical expertise with a compassionate, community-focused approach.

Ronnie spends his free time staying active on the tennis court and exploring new travel destinations.

Dr Arthur Kipouridis

MBBS, FRACGP

Dr Arthur Kipouridis is a Practice Principal at Glen Iris Medical Centre and has been practising medicine at Glen Iris Medical Centre for 30 years after graduating from The University of Melbourne. He is a proud member of the Hellenic Medical Society of Australia.

His areas of special interest include chronic disease management, preventative health, men’s health, skin cancer, including minor procedures and general dermatology.

When he’s not working, Arthur loves to travel and spend quality time with his grandchildren and support the Carlton Football Club.

Dr Sally Hanson

BSc, BM BS; FRACGP

Dr Sally Hanson graduated in medicine from Flinders University of South Australia. She has over 30 years experience in General Practice. She moved to Victoria 20 years ago and has become a life member of the Royal College of General Practitioners.

Sally’s special interests include adolescent and family health and travel medicine. Outside medical practice she enjoys bush walking, gardening and cooking.

Dr Jean Douyere

MBBS, DGM; FRACGP

Dr Jean Douyere has a broad range of interests with a strong focus on preventative, holistic and patient-centred care. Her areas of interest include:

  • Preventive medicine, including men’s, women’s, and children’s health
  • Mental health
  • Chronic disease management
  • Asthma management
  • Minor surgical procedures, including small skin lesion excisions and wound care

She is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners.

Outside of medicine, Jean enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, going for walks, staying active with at-home cardio workouts, painting, and exploring both Australian and overseas destinations.

Dr Gregory Frean

B Med Sc (Hons), MBBS, Dip RACOG, FRACGP

Dr Gregory Frean graduated from Monash University in 1981and has been practicing as a GP for over 40 years. He has a very broad base of experience and is committed to delivering quality care over a wide range of disciplines. He has particular interest in general medicine and aged care. Dr Frean strives to create a comfortable and supportive environment where patients feel confident discussing their health concerns openly.

Gregs’ favourite pastimes include time with his four daughters and granddaughter, bush walking, the Essendon Football Club and swimming.

Dr Christina Wong

FRACGP, MBBS (Hons), Diploma Child Health, BMedSci(Hons), Graduate Diploma Clinical Education

Dr Christina Wong graduated from The University of Melbourne with honours, and then completed several years of residency in Melbourne hospitals. She completed her specialist postgraduate training in general practice in rural NSW, working in a small town general practice for many years whilst raising a family. She holds a Diploma of Child Health from Westmead hospital Sydney. Outside of clinical practice she enjoys long distance running, bushwalking and ocean swimming.

Dr Timothy Ross

MBBS, FRACGP, MBA, CHIA, GAICD

Tim graduated from Monash University in 1995 and has enjoyed a hybrid career in clinical practice, corporate medical roles, aged care and digital health. He holds an MBA from Deakin University with a specialisation in healthcare, and is a non-executive director on two health company boards, having completed the company directors course with the Australian Institute of Company Directors. His work in digital health includes a current position as Chief Medical Officer with an AI start-up, echo-health AI.

Tim’s interests in general practice are cradle to grave including complex chronic health issues, mental health, acute conditions, and digital applications that support wellness.

In his spare time he is a keen travel buff and loves tennis, running and cycling.

Jinmei Li

Practice Nurse

Jinmei is a dedicated Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing and accreditation as a Nurse Immuniser. With more than ten years of experience in acute care settings, she brings a confident and compassionate approach to every patient interaction.

She has a strong interest in wound care, immunisations, cannulation, and iron infusions, and is committed to making each patient feel supported, informed, and comfortable throughout their care.

Naomi Tyrer

Nurse

Naomi is a Registered Nurse with experience across acute, sub-acute, community, and forensic mental health settings, as well as primary care. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing and accreditation as an Immunisation Provider. Her professional interests include mental health and supporting older persons, informed by her experience conducting health assessments in primary care and her background in aged care while studying nursing.
